Getting started
- Open Models and download the local engines while connected to Wi-Fi.
- Choose an output voice in Voice Garage. Bill is included and ready to use.
- Return to Live Conversation, tap Engage, and speak naturally.
Voice options
Nightlink can use the included Bill voice, compatible imported voice profiles, or an on-device system fallback voice. Speech generation does not require an account or cloud API.
Troubleshooting
- If no answer is heard, confirm the selected voice and device volume, then use its test button.
- If a model is unavailable, reconnect to Wi-Fi and resume its download from Models.
- Keep microphone and speech-recognition permissions enabled, and install an on-device recognition language for live conversation.
